Introducing our Partner: Family Promise of Southern Chester County
Family Promise of Southern Chester County (FPSCC) is dedicated to helping low-income families avoid homelessness and the trauma that frequently accompanies it, including interruptions in the ability for adults to work and children to attend school. Our comprehensive suite of programs offers our participant families this essential continuum of care over time, with three key components: Diversion (Promise Made), Shelter (Promise House), and Stabilization (Promise Kept). This approach not only addresses the immediate needs of families with children, but also focuses on equipping them with the tools and resources necessary to regain their independence and self-sufficiency. By offering a combination of emergency aid, temporary shelter and ongoing stabilization efforts, FPSCC aims to break the cycle of homelessness and empower families to secure sustainable housing.
